My experience as a retired first responder enables me to offer you a supportive, understanding environment where we can talk about anything that you want. You won't have to explain your job or the acronyms or shield me from the details of that traumatic call. I've been there and I get it. My passion is first responder counseling.

What you are experiencing is most likely a normal response to the stress and trauma of your job.
Your job requires a lot more than the average job and it takes its toll. You see and do things most people never see and do.
We will process this stress and trauma, learn ways to better navigate situations in the future, and help you grow from your struggles, heal, and move forward to where you want to be in your life.
